Dear FedEx,

If this is your idea of Handle With Care, you need to review what that phrase means. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks, for my one of a kind hand made figure to ship to me, you guys suck.

    Holy shit that is depressing to look at. It would be bad enough if just the case was broken, but the figure is also broken. I hope there is something Blizzard can do about it, though I wouldn’t be surprised if they said there wasn’t.

    Looks like it was poorly packed by the shipper as well has rough handling by FedEx. I hope they will replace it. This is inexcusable!
