For the Mac users out there, Unsanity has Shape Shifter. A fantastic app that I’ve been using for a while. There is a $20 registration fee, but I think it was worth it.

For you Windows XP users out there, I’ve been using StyleXP from TGTSoft. Fairly easy to use and again is only $20 if you like it. There are a large number of themes available from ThemeXP.org.
