So the reason why there is a sag in the floor near the kitchen is because, the floor joists end and the new ones have dropped. These pictures are looking down through the floor starting on the left, closest to the front door ending on the right next to the kitchen door.


Staysea and her Mom finished priming her office. Looks good.

Carl and I finished ripping up the remaining subfloor. The front room looks great!

My hands are killing me from pulling up with the crowbar. Tomorrow will be mostly priming. Staysea finished cleaning and patching the kitchen. My office needs priming as do the livingroom and the front room. Phew. Can’t wait.
